We had full access to the hotel at any time, day or night. Perfect for us as backpackers! And there was free parking right outside. the breakfast was absolutely delicious!
We felt like part of the family here, and there was absolutely nothing to complain about.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money was exceptional. Considering the price charged, I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in the rooms. The basic amenities were all there, and the recently refurbished bathroom was a nice touch. The location in a nice neighborhood was also a huge plus, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the staff were friendly and provided excellent service. And last but not least, the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of food to choose from.
There were no major issues that I came across during my stay. Everything was just as I expected.

The hotel is very clean, the staff extremely friendly and they speak English, the breakfast included fresh, healthy food.
A feather pillow would have been nice.

Friendly staff
1. There are a number of rooms for multiple occupants, but none of them have multiple keys. This makes life difficult if one of the occupants needs to spend all day at a conference. 2. There is one iron in the entire hotel. If you want it, the staff will have to hunt it down for you. 3. The wireless available in the rooms is shockingly bad. Not only do you need to ask for a new password at the front desk every 24 hours (9:00pm sharp), but there is only one account for every guest in the hotel, so you constantly get kicked off the connection due to overuse. If you have work to get done that requires the internet, forget it. They shouldn't advertise wireless as an available service. 4. We were kicked out of our room and into a smaller, darker room halfway through our stay. 5. On the last day, the heating failed completely, leaving us in a cold room without hot water. Apparently the problem was fixed as we were checking out, but for some reason the plumber was pumping sewage out the front door.

Spent the Christmas holidays at this hotel and had a lovely time. the breakfast spread was fantastic with various options to choose from and the staff was helpful and friendly. the location of the hotel was great, just a short walk away from the town center and easy access to public transport.
The room was quite small, especially considering the price we paid, and the Wi-Fi signal was weak. We had difficulty getting a good signal in our room and had to go to the reception area for better connectivity.

They took pets and were close to where we could walk our dog. The price was cheap enough and we just wanted to stay for one night. And breakfast was included. Would recommend only if you are for a place to shower & sleep for the night.
The amenities are not much to write home about. Very small room, bathroom is tiny. No staff on duty for 24 hrs. Felt kind of creepy. Lights not on in foyer & reception area, so had to feel our way when we came in & out at night.

The hotel is at some hundreds of meters to the center of the city. The staff is kind and a lift is available.
Lack of private parking area.In the period of our stay a noisy construction was in front of the hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to all the sights in the area. Secondly, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. Lastly, the room was spotlessly clean and the recently refurbished bathroom added a touch of elegance to my stay.
All aspects of my stay were above satisfactory.

The location is near the Cathedral. The staff was kind and the hotel is clean.
The quadruple room was little and a double bed was a sofa-bed. The breakfast buffet is poor and you have to wait for a seat. You have to book for the parking or park your car in the street (with park meter).
